We use your name, contact details, address, date of birth and details of your lender to check whether you may have a claim and, only if you agree, to pass your details to Get My Claim so they can contact you about it.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent to share your details with Get My Claim. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to its use and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
